1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Imperium AI, operated by Imperium Management Agency. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions: contato@imperiumagency.com.br.
2. The service
Imperium AI consolidates advertising performance from the platforms you connect, produces analysis and optimization suggestions, and keeps an audit trail. Changes to an advertising account are made only after a person with the right role approves them.
3. Your account and your connections
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data, for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens under your account. You must have the authority to connect each advertising account you link, and you must comply with the terms of the platforms you connect (Meta, Google, TikTok and others).
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law or a platform's rules, to access data you are not authorized to access, to interfere with the service or other customers, or to attempt to bypass its security or its approval controls.
5. Suggestions are not guarantees
Analyses and optimization suggestions are decision support. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not promise any result. You decide whether to approve a suggestion.
6. Data
Your data remains yours. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy and only to provide the service.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and third-party platforms may change or restrict their APIs. We may change the service and these terms, and will notify account owners of material changes.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect your platforms at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be heard in the courts of the operator's place of business, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
